Frankie Swan
Frankie is the founder of our mobile street food catering company. She has always had an avid passion for food and an exceptional eye for detail. Her past roles in catering have included both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes in the kitchen, giving her a taste for creating fantastic food whilst ensuring exceptional service. Frankie’s meticulous planning skills, coupled with her event expertise and supported by her network of quality suppliers, have helped Eat The Street to become one of the most successful, boutique street food catering companies in Sussex. Whether it’s a rustic wedding in a countryside barn, or a chic dinner party in a smart venue, Frankie will always bring fresh ideas to help style the occasion and the food perfectly.

Michelle Cox
With a glistening career in some of Sussex and Surrey’s most prestigious catering companies and hospitality institutions, Michelle has brought a wealth of knowledge, creativity and passion to Eat the Street since she joined in 2021. Herself a trained chef, she, like Frankie, is an avid foodie, and will often be found in the kitchen – both at home and events! Her attention to detail is second to none, and if you are looking for someone to guide you though the planning process with style, she’s your gal.
