Frankie is the founder of our mobile catering company and has always had an avid passion for food, and an exceptional eye for detail. Her past roles in catering have included, both front of house and behind the scenes in the kitchen, giving her a taste for creating fantastic food whilst ensuring exceptional service. Frankie’s meticulous planning skills, coupled with her event expertise and supported by her network of quality suppliers have helped Eat The Street to become one of the most successful, boutique mobile catering companies in Sussex. Whether it’s a rustic wedding in a countryside barn, or a chic dinner party in a smart venue, Frankie will always bring fresh ideas to help style the occasion and the food perfectly.
Laurel’s career started out at the illustrious Stanmer House in Brighton where, after gaining a wealth of experience in various Michelin starred restaurants and gastro pubs she returned to lead our mobile catering company’s team as Head Chef. In 2016 Laurel branched out into the world of streetfood launching the ‘Leap Salmon’ brand before joining Frankie as Head Chef, overseeing the kitchen at Saffron and Swan and its sister company Eat The Street. Thanks to Laurel’s expertise, we are able to provide our clients with truly delicious flavours.
Mat has led the creative teams of some of the biggest agencies in the world including Ogilvy and McCann Erickson. With Frankie he has developed the Eat the Street brand. Mat’s valuable past experience combined with his flair creativity has helped to set our mobile catering company apart from the rest. Thanks to him, not only are we able to provide high quality catering, but we are also able to contribute with innovative ideas. He also cooks a mean burger.
